Resort facilities available for you
Relaxing by the pool, reading a book or making a coffee in the resort lounge, play a game of pool or play on the xbox or playstation, the leisure centre will be an area everyone can enjoy.
The Village Green provides space for the family annual cricket match, or a spot of soccer or footy practice – just watch out for the kangaroos. Next to the Village Green is the tennis court and basketball hoop. Watch this space as there are even more activities on the horizon.
Swimming pools & lap pool
There are three pools and one spa in the complex including:
- Kids wading pool
- Lap pool
- Deeper pool
- Spa
Tennis Court
The artificial grass tennis court is maintained to resort standard regularly. It has lights for night time play. This can be booked by placing your name on the whiteboard with your house number.
At one end of the courts is a basketball hoop for a change of activity.
Tennis racquets and basketballs are available free of charge from the office. However, if you love your tennis bring your own racquet.
Games room
Leisure activities are part of the fun at Beach Road. When you’ve had your dose of beach fun come down and chill out with a game of pool or use either the play station or xbox for another form of amusement.
Controllers and games are up at the office. These are all free to use and are signed out and back in to your house.
Kids room
Little kids love our playroom. Lots of different toys to play with including some montessori learning toys.
The playroom also has a television and dvd player if you are wanting your little one to have a bit of quiet time.
Lounge Room
Our lounge is great for reading, watching movies or sport, making a cup of tea or coffee. Grabbing some of Beach Road beautiful three times filtered drinking water to appease your thirst or store your picnic lunch or drinks in the fridge while you relax by the pool.
It also has a microwave to heat baby’s bottle or assist with your picnic.
BBQ huts
The Village Green also sports its own BBQ hut. Available for all guests to use. Wonderful for the family picnic and close to the pool for those family members not wanting to get out of the pool.
Sarah Doorley11 February 2023If you're after peace and quiet amongst nature, then this is the place. The homes were wonderfully designed, spacious and set apart from other houses. The leisure centre with the pool was amazing, a great place for the family and children. Would have been nicer if the beach was in closer proximity but nonetheless a wonderful beach house. Fully furnished, with most kitchen utensils for those that like to cook. Will definitely be back.

James B14 January 2023Golden - Could not fault the place. Perfect family getaway. Close enough to all of Noosa and Sunshine Coast’s major attractions, but hidden across the water, just a short ferry trip away.
Sarah Billinge26 September 2022We very recently had a wonderful week at Beach Road Holiday Homes. Big drive to get there but it was well worth it! The home we stayed in was a four bedroom, three bathroom house which was just beautiful. Nestled amongst the bush and ocean wow how lovely it was waking up to the breathtaking view and the sounds of birds each morning. The layout of the house was such that we managed to have a very comfortable, long awaited reunion with family and friends something we will always remember. Long morning walks to the beach, big BBQ breakfasts on our deck, abundance of wildlife including Kangaroos and Goannas, Spas, swims, sun and lots of laughs all made for an unforgettable holiday at Noosa North Shore. We can't stop talking about it and look forward to doing it all again one day. Stacey and Ray were fantastic hosts nothing was too hard - Ray even gave the kids and Arnie a ride on his golf buggy :) We can't thank you both enough and hope to see you soon.
